About Wally D.
Nick Wallace (Wally D.) created the MTGCasualPlay.com website for beginning and casual MTG writers. He started playing MTG in 1997 during Tempest block. Nick is statistically an old man with regards to the average age of Magic players so go easy on him in the comment section!
Three facts about me:
First, I'm a casual multiplayer enthusiast. Be it 2HG, 3HG, Attack Left/Right, Commander, Archenemy, Free-for-All, Star, Hidden Alliances, Planechase, Chaos Stack etc. - I love them all!
Second, I really like building new decks or helping others build or improve theirs. And then I get disappointed if they don't work as intended - in their very first game... Meh.
Third, uhm, no idea?
Fourth, I'm not that good at lists.
About Gareth Hughes
I'm a longtime casual player of MtG, having started way back in 1997, and dropping in and out a few times ever since. I played for a good while during Onslaught and Mirrodin blocks, dropped at Kamigawa and came back this time round for Gatecrash. It is around this point that I discovered Commander (EDH), and I now almost exclusively build and play Commander decks, hitting the 20+ deck mark earlier this year... I think I might have an addiction.
Cailtis is an avid gamer of all sorts, a reader and writer, underground and extreme music enthusiast, vegetarian, environmentalist, and student. He currently plays EDH almost exclusively with some splurges on Limited events to open sealed product, while also continuing to build a collection.
About Dan Carroll
One day, I will build a working deck around Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded. Towards it I roll, the all-destroying but unconquering planeswalker; to the last I grapple with it; from hell's heart I stab at it; for hate's sake I spit my last breath at it.
About Charles Sneerbite
Charles Sneerbite has been playing Magic: The Gathering for a decade and a half, starting around 8th Edition and the Great White-Bordered Flame War. Charles Sneerbite finds many things intriguing: luchadors, knife-throwing, mono-blue aggro EDH decks and writing in the third person. Charles Sneerbite has just finished his first novella which involves a wide cast of improbable and surreal characters and a complicated web-of-treachery.
About Eric Petracca
I've been a MTG enthusiast for nearly 20 years. When I'm not watching other people play Magic, I'm slinging spells in the Commander format. Visit me at AyeCommander.blogspot.com for more about Robots, Demons, Five-Color Control, and (spoiler alert) colorless Kozilek.
About Eliot Foerster
I'm ElderCheese and I have been playing Magic since around Ice Age so a few years. I am new to the EDH thing which is my current focus in the magic world. In my off time I enjoy art, writing, and hunting the most dangerous game.
About Michael Montano
I've been been entrenched in Magic: The Gathering since Core Set 2014 and my passion for the game has only grown since brewing my first deck. By no means a high level player, I simply aim to share what I've learned in the past few years with those who are new to the game yet eager to learn all they can. I'd also like to introduce a couple original ideas to the ether and share my general enthusiasm for the game.
I`m a casual MTG player, who started playing in year 2005. First I was playing EDH, and latter the modern format. A few years ago I was introduced to Legacy and Vintage formats, and now I`m trying to improve myself there with competitive playing and by sharing my gathered knowledge through the writing of MTG articles.
