Standard BOTG Top 10

1. Brimaz, King of Oreskos
This guy is going to break standard. Mono white, WU Heroic, Junk/Naya Auras, and Naya Midrange are all viable and strong with this guy at the helm. While most people are talking about his ability giving him the serious power I think it really comes down to Vigilance. The fact that he can attack and defend will be what gives these decks a serious edge.

2. Ephara, God of the Polis
Her costing is what will singly handedly make her the most played of the new gods. Playing her for 4 makes her playable in aggro add in her ability and you have a super aggressive god that could end up winning games. WU Heroi and even Bant Auras should have serious shots at making top 8.

3. Nessian Wilds Ravager
Hey RG Monsters want another bomb to throw at people???? This card is dumb on its own add in the fact that he could be on the baord turn 4 and its just going to be bad for anyone staring this thing down.

4. Revoke Existence
I put this here for the specific reason that I truly believe white decks are going to start taking over standard, and this card will be a critical part of the puzzle for mono white aggro and WU Heroic. Being able to exile gods, weapons, and other auras or bestow creatures for 2 is amazing.

5. Drown in Sorrow and Bile Blight
These two are going to help give black decks serious power. I really would not be surprised to see more copies of one of these over Hero’s Downfall to start being the norm in deck lists.

6. Thassa’s Rebuff
Really.. Really….. Like blue need this.

7.Spirit of the Labyrinth
While I think that this will see more modern play than standard it is still a very valuable weapon against 3 major decks in standard.

8.Satyr Firedancer
I think this guy will become the two drop in Boros, Naya, and Grixis decks, and will continue to get better after Ash Zealot rolls out. The two drop slot in standard for nonmono-red right now is not that great except for the double mana cards. Being one colorless and his ability should earn him the spot in decks and make for some very interesing plays.

9.Archetype of Courage and Archetype of Aggression
I think these will be the two that see the most play because of how well they are costed, plus if you have both out its about to get really bad for your opponent.

10. Xenagos, God of Revels
RG monsters will play him, and it will hurt. The question will be if RG Monsters is still a thing, and can he even land against blue.
