Szadek, Lord of Secrets

This is my baby, my pride and joy, my go to in a new EDH group. It is centered around my favorite mechanic, and houses some of my most favorite cards from the entire MTG catalog. This is [card]Szadek, Lord of Secrets[/card] and the Dimir special: MIll. I love the mechanic, but I love watching my opponent’s face as they see countless cards and strategies pile up in their graveyards.

People always ask why I do not run Lazav as my commander, and my response is always the same: I want to win. Over time I found out that to win by Mill you have to really dedicate to it, which is why I went with Szadek. He wont come out until mid or late game, but once he ddoes he can really start mowing through a deck. Lazav is a bomb, and very very good, but he does not to further the Mill aspect of this deck, which is the win condition. It is possible to get a commander damage win, but the them main point is to mill them out. I have considered taking a great deal of the creatures out and running counter spells, but have not been able to play test that combo.
